Let us help.

  • Telehealth

Allows for online sessions from the comfort of your own home or office. Our staff can assist you with scheduling appointments and verifying that tele-health is covered by insurance. At this time, we cover the state of Kentucky.

  • Medication Management

Medication management is a service that helps patients and caregivers ensure that the optimal medication plan is followed. Our practitioners specialize in evaluating your need for medications based on your history and will work with you to ensure you are responding appropriately to the medication. They keep current with the newest trends. Our providers take a “less is more approach” and prescribe medication only when it is necessary.

  • Psychotherapy

Also known as “talk-therapy” uses methods to help individuals with a broad range of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Therapy works to help alleviate or manage symptoms so indivduals can better cope, function, and improve overall well-being and emotional healing. Psychotherapy is offered for children and adults (Age 8 and up).

  • Genetic Testing

Analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes by assessing clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. The results help our practitioners understand how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and other psychiatric conditions. This testing can be crucial in helping us understand what the best treatments are for each individual patient.

  • ADHD Evaluation

Undiagnosed and untreated ADHD can cause issues at work, relationships, finances and self-esteem. Worse, though, is that it can provoke anxiety, depression, and substance abuse and shorten the overall lifespan. Screening for ADHD has evolved quite a bit over the last few decades. Our providers are specialized in identifying ADHD and providing appropriate treatment. In additional to self assessments, our providers have partnered with Cambridge Brain Solutions to help with an appropriate diagnosis and to track improvement measures.

  • Therapy Dog

The use of animals in therapy has shown to help people cope with physical and mental health conditions. Animal therapy builds on a concept called the human-animal bond, which describes people’s desire to interact with and relate to animals. For many people, by interacting with a friendly animal, they can form a bond with them. This bond can produce a calming state in the person. Research shows that animals can decrease anxiety and stress, decrease perceptions of pain and reduce feelings or fear or worry.
